Description

This program is for advanced students.
Advance students should have knowledge of the game and be able to sever the volleyball over the net from the serve line.

If a player is struggling they may be moved to the beginners group.

Advanced class is from 7-8pm

This is a closed practice at the beginning. FSPAL Staff will let you know when we will open the doors.

Please wear gym clothes and gym shoes. NO CROCS. Bring a water bottle with you.
