Description
This program is for beginners and intermediate. Players will get instructions on how to play volleyball. The basic skills and drills for the first few weeks. 
Beginners class is from 6-7pm

This is a closed practice at the beginning. FSPAL Staff will let you know when we will open the doors for games.

Gym clothes and Gym shoes are a must! No crocs please. Please bring water bottle with you.
Reminder gym is closed May 27th and July 3rd
